The personnel at this business rendered very exceptional service to my friend (who's a frequent customer).

Everyone was very helpful: the sales assistant accompanied us around the lawn and garden area helping to locate items, answering questions, and transported the selected items indoors to the check-out counter. A young man transported and loaded the purchased items to our vehicle.

Even though my friend was somewhat indecisive at the cash register regarding settling on purchasing a specific plant, the gentleman at the register (who seemed like the owner) was extremely patient with her. All-in-all, I'd rate the customer service at this establishment as exceptional.
